Deep Value provides AI-powered investment research reports for publicly traded stocks and crowdfunding campaigns. Reports are generated by cross-referencing official filings and public data using large language models.

2. Not Investment Advice

Deep Value reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not a registered investment advisor.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate analysis based on official filings and public data, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Reports reflect data available at the time of generation and may not reflect subsequent events. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report.

4. Account & Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Usage is subject to the limits of your subscription tier. Abuse of the service, including automated scraping or redistribution of reports, may result in account termination.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deep Value shall not be liable for any investment losses or damages arising from the use of our reports. By using this service, you acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk.
